Please note that we are not responsible for the content provided by third-party servers. We act as a reseller of IPTV subscriptions and do not host or control the content.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use our service for unlawful, harmful, or malicious purposes
  • Reproduce, copy, distribute, or exploit any part of the service without prior written permission
  • Share your account credentials or subscriptions with unauthorized users
  • Access our services in violation of any applicable local, national, or international law

  • Subscription duration begins once your account is activated
  • IPTV Sharing reserves the right to update pricing or subscription plans at any time

6. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital IPTV services, all sales are final once a subscription is activated.

Refunds are only offered in the following rare situations:

  • Technical failure in activation
  • Duplicate order/payment
  • Service not delivered within 24 hours of purchase (excluding weekends/holidays)

Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours via our support team at support@iptvsharing.com. Decisions on refunds are made at our sole discretion.

7. Account Responsibility

You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

  • Keep your login credentials secure
  • Immediately notify us of any unauthorized access or suspicious activity
  • Avoid sharing or reselling your account to others

Violation of these terms may lead to immediate suspension or termination of your subscription.

8. Service Availability & Disclaimer

We strive to deliver a reliable and high-quality IPTV experience, but we do not guarantee:

  • Continuous or uninterrupted service
  • Access to specific channels or VOD titles
  • Compatibility with every device or application

Service interruptions may occur due to external server issues, internet outages, or required maintenance.

9. Prohibited Content and Copyright

We do not host or distribute any copyrighted content. IPTV Sharing acts only as a digital reseller or referral platform for IPTV providers. We do not control or modify third-party streams.

You are solely responsible for how you use the service. Accessing or sharing copyrighted content without authorization may be a violation of intellectual property laws in your country.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account without notice if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • You attempt to resell or share your account
  • You issue a payment dispute or chargeback
  • You engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior

Terminations are final. In such cases, you are not eligible for a refund.

11. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Changes will take effect immediately upon being posted to this page, with the new Last Updated date at the top. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
